My pickleball journey began with a group of good people who would rather play pickleball on top of the mall than sit in traffic. We were lucky to have a retired chemical engineer who is a passionate pickleballer and joined us every day. He really made it fun and competitive.
In the beginning, we were just looking for a better paddle surface, but no matter what we tried, the paddle still needed to be cleaned. That’s how it all started, back when we were playing pickleball at the mall. Sadly, we can’t play there anymore. But I’m so grateful for the friends created. After all, that's one of the best parts of pickleball. The other is hitting the perfect shot with the right spin. Whether its a drop drive, drip, slice or dink.
